the dining room is a seasonal restaurant, laura and i work closely
with producers, suppliers & foragers with much of the food
being sourced from within a 35 mile radius.
we do all our own curing, smoking, preserving,
air drying, butchery & baking.
the restaurant
the dining room is located in one of the oldest buildings in
ashbourne dating back to the early seventeenth century.
just six tables the restaurant has a stylish intimacy
with low beams & neutral colours.
